Biplane microscopy movies and reconstructed trajectories (xyz,t) of bacterial Genetically Encoded Multimeric (bGEMs) nanoparticles freely diffusing in live Escherichia coli cells. This dataset includes data from three particle sizes: 20, 40 and 50 nm, and three particle charges for the 40nm particle size: (-3240, -1260 and +2700 e).
